Venkat designed our units in Doncaster in the shortest possible time and to our utmost satisfaction. He took care of all the Schematic designs, Construction documentation and detailing for our 2x two-storey residential units for submission to Town Planning Permits.

Venkat was also very efficient in addressing the planning permit design feedback from the Council, updating the drawings for resubmission and this he did, without any complaint and he had seen it through to completion, till the permit was approved.

Even today 5 years after the Units have been designed, when I look through the glass windows and doors, I have a very good borrowed scenery, as if a panorama. He has a good instinct of capturing the existing scenes in his design and can capture very easily what his Client wants in his design.

Our Units are passively heated, with sunlights falling at designated places, again thanks to him. He holds a Thermal Performance Assessor Certification/Licence and thus the 2 Units have been designed for Energy Efficient Standards, because of his experience in this area.
